Derek is a photographer living in rural Southwest Scotland, an area abounding with natural beauty.
There are many historic towns and villages in this part of Scotland and an abundance of Rivers, lochs and hills.
He also has an ongoing love affair with the Northwest of Scotland in particular Sutherland and Wester Ross where he tries to get to as often as possible to capture the majestic beauty the far north of Scotland has to offer.
